P90X Update
August 27th, 2009Today I’m on day 39 of P90X. WoW, I never thought I’d make it this far but I have! I’m really excited and happy that I’m almost halfway there! No, no, no I am not posting any before and after pictures on here. Maybe when I reach my goal weight, I might …. but for now… I don’t want to scare you. LOL.

But you will love it if you are determined to change your lifestyle and eating habits. It’s not something you do for a few months and quit, it’s a life altering experience that will help you get healthy and in better shape.
I started also doing some Hip Hop Abs (with Shaun T). It’s super fun. They are about 30 minute workouts. When I first started this last week I was like, “Okay, I’ll just do 10 minutes of it.” It was so fun that when I had realized how much time had passed, there was only 6 minutes left! So I continued and finished the workout. Haha, Hip Hop Abs was totally cool and the dance moves make you feel like you’re not even exercising at all yet you are totally working your abs!
