P90X – Day 50

Day 50 of P90X! Just got done doing today’s exercise.  I am trying my best to stay with the program, although I do admit it has been so tempting to just skip a day and do a different exercise or workout routine. I admit I am guilty of trying Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, and Turbo Jam in place of some of the P90X workouts.  I have been doubling up some too so that I can maximize my workouts.  I haven’t been eating so good, that’s probably why I’m not seeing as much results as I did the first 2 weeks.  I need more control!

I haven’t weighed myself since week 3.  I guess I just don’t want to know because right now the numbers might discourage me.  What really matters is that my clothes are looser and I feel better after each work out.  I sleep so great lately!

Wish me luck, I’m halfway there P90X.

P90X Update

Today I’m on day 39 of P90X.  WoW, I never thought I’d make it this far but I have! I’m really excited and happy that I’m almost halfway there! No, no, no I am not posting any before and after pictures on here.  Maybe when I reach my goal weight, I might …. but for now… I don’t want to scare you.  LOL.

Visit beachbody.com and find out!  It’s an intense DVD workout program that will help you sculpt and tone your muscles, while helping you lose weight.  It’s hard, OMFG is it hard!  But you will love it if you are determined to change your lifestyle and eating habits.  It’s not something you do for a few months and quit, it’s a life altering experience that will help you get healthy and in better shape.

I started also doing some Hip Hop Abs (with Shaun T).  It’s super fun.  They are about 30 minute workouts.  When I first started this last week  I was like, “Okay, I’ll just do 10 minutes of it.”  It was so fun that when I had realized how much time had passed, there was only 6 minutes left! So I continued and finished the workout.  Haha, Hip Hop Abs was totally cool and the dance moves make you feel like you’re not even exercising at all yet you are totally working your abs!
